De ComNet CNGE24FX12TX12MS[POE] heeft twaalf 100/1000Base-FX SFP-poorten en twaalf 10/100/1000Base-TX-poorten. Alle SFP-poorten maken gebruik van ComNet SFP-modules voor vezel- en connectortype en -afstand. De IEEE802.3-compatibele unit biedt meerdere Ethernet redundantieprotocollen (MSTP/RSTP/STP/ERPS (G.8032)) die uw toepassingen beschermen tegen netwerkonderbrekingen of tijdelijke storingen door de transmissie binnen het netwerk om te leiden. De exclusieve Port Guardian-functie van ComNet biedt extra bescherming tegen cyberbeveiliging door fysieke poortvergrendeling mogelijk te maken in het geval dat een bestaande kabel wordt losgekoppeld en voorkomt een potentiële netwerkinbraak met behulp van veelgebruikte spoofingtechnieken. De CNGE24FX12TX12MSPOE-modellen bieden twaalf elektrische poorten die tot dertig watt vermogen ondersteunen. Alle PoE-poorten voldoen aan IEEE 802.3at. Elk model is voorzien van redundante stroomingangen die kunnen bestaan uit één netspanning en één of twee laagspanningsgelijkspanningsingangen of twee laagspanningsgelijkspanningsingangen.
