Algemeen Informatie

De ComNet CWGE28MS heeft twintig 100/1000Base-FX SFP-poorten, vier Gigabit combo poorten die TX of FX transmissie mogelijk maken en vier 1000Base-FX SFP-poorten. Alle SFP-poorten maken gebruik van ComNet SFP* modules voor glasvezel, connectortype en afstand. De IEEE802.3-compatibele unit biedt meerdere Ethernet redundantieprotocollen (ERPS G.8032 en MSTP/RSTP/STP) die uw toepassingen beschermen tegen netwerkonderbrekingen of tijdelijke storingen door de transmissie binnen het netwerk om te leiden. De CWGE28MS implementeert volledige Layer 2 tot Layer 4 ACL's om de toegang tot uw gevoelige netwerkbronnen te beperken door specifieke pakketten te filteren op basis van TCP/UDP-poorten, IP-bron- en bestemmingsadressen of bepaalde netwerkapparaten. Bovendien bieden DHCP-snooping, TACACS, ARP, IEEE 802.1X en poortbeveiliging extra hulpmiddelen om de toegang en gebruiksniveaus van het netwerk te beheren. Deze verdedigingsmechanismen van de CWGE28MS leveren samen met geavanceerde DoS autopreventie een robuuste netwerkbeveiliging en stellen netwerkbeheerders in staat om stabielere services aan te bieden op een veiliger netwerk.
